Acceptance

By using twistedtowerguide.wiki you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

What this site is

Twisted Tower Guide is a free, fan-made reference for the game Twisted Tower. There is no registration, no paid tier, and no account system. The guides are editorial content, not a product, and nothing here forms a contract with you beyond these terms.

Intellectual property

Twisted Tower is developed by Atmos Games and published by 3D Realms. The game’s name, artwork, screenshots, audio, and all related assets are the property of Atmos Games / 3D Realms. This site uses a small number of official screenshots for identification and commentary, which we believe qualifies as fair use; no infringement is intended and no claim of ownership over game assets is made.

The guide text, tables, and original organization of information on this site belong to Twisted Tower Guide. You may quote short excerpts with a visible link back to the source page. Republishing whole pages, or running the site’s content through automated extraction at scale, is not permitted.

Acceptable use

Use the site for its intended purpose: reading the guides. Do not attempt to break the site, overload it, scrape it in ways that degrade it for other readers, or reuse its content for unlawful purposes.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep the guides accurate against the released build of Twisted Tower, but the game changes with updates and player documentation is sometimes incomplete or contradictory. We make no warranty that any page is complete, current, or error-free, and nothing on this site is a substitute for what you can verify inside the game itself.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twisted Tower Guide is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, including decisions you make while playing the game based on what you read here.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party pages such as the Steam store and Steam Community guides. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content.

Changes

These terms may be revised. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
